Denver – Stud

Meet Follow Me Denver – and you’ll never want to look at another!

Denver will be our standard DogsNZ registered stud. He was born in November 2018 and is just starting his health journey to certify his breeding quality. If you’d like to follow along, subscribe and we will keep you updated.

We weren’t actually looking for a stud as we were comfortable borrowing (!) when required. But as soon as I saw him, I knew he was mine. He was adorable and knowing he was breeding quality made it impossible for us to say no. But more important, he has that sweet Frenchie nature that you want to see in your puppies!

Denver’s breeders had initially decided to keep him for their own program. They were on the fence. After several weeks they agreed that we could provide Denver with an excellent home. 

Its been almost a year and he has grown into a very healthy and robust fella. Everyone that meets him remarks on how amazingly cool and friendly he is.  Times have changed and we’ve determined to only let him stud if he passes the next vet exam for health, this time in the genetics.  We take health seriously and have gone the extra mile to pursue every type of health certification possible.

Delilah – 

I am Delilah and I am now 2.5 years old. I’ve just had my first litter of puppies. It took me a while as mother said I needed more time to mature (eye roll). Our vet and family thought I was having 6 puppies but really, I had TEN! There were three boys and seven girls. I am quite proud of myself.

As you can see I am quite beautiful. 

Lily

I am Lily and I am by far the most energetic and mischievous of the pack. I’ve had my first litter this year as well at 2.5 years of age. Mother gave me extra time to be sure I was super healthy and up to the motherhood challenge. I had 6 sons in my first litter, all perfect!

And now I am back to racing around the farm and barking at the sheep!

Churro

I am Churro, I am actually Australian but I was chosen by my family to come and live in New Zealand. 

I arrived five years ago as a 1 year old and I was extremely naughty and quite scared of everything. But with love and A LOT of patience, I blossomed into a wonderful pet and a great mother. I had three litters of puppies over my life and now I am retired.

I am still the Alpha though and what I say still goes in the dog world!
